- Professors’ office hours
Click on the current semester on the sidebar at the left for a list of office hours. This is probably your number one best resource. If the prof consistently isn’t there during office hours or doesn’t hold office hours, email us at email@example.com and we’ll bug the physics department chair for you anonymously.
- Discounted software
You can get discounted student rates and sometimes free software from WashU, depending on which division you’re enrolled in (ArtSci, Engineering, etc.). If you’re working in a lab, sometimes your advisor or the Physics Department will pay the entire fee for you. Be sure to ask!
